Get To Know Me
My Background
I am a dedicated educator with a decade of experience in Hillsborough County Schools, where I developed a talent for making complex concepts accessible to learners with disabilities. In March 2020, I discovered a passion I hadn’t realized I had—designing technology-driven learning experiences for the virtual classroom. With just two weeks to master Canvas and other digital tools, I found my niche in creating engaging, meaningful online course content that supports all learners. I thrived in the eLearning environment, leveraging technology to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

This experience motivated me to transition into training and instructional design for adult learners. I have always been passionate about simplifying difficult concepts, whether for students, parents, or fellow educators. As a Customer Success Manager, I’ve further refined this skill by training adults to effectively use their Learning Management System for compliance training. Now, I’m eager to take the next step—applying my expertise in technology, data analysis, and relationship-building to drive meaningful change. Whether in learning and development, corporate training, or process improvement, I am excited to continue learning, innovating, and helping organizations leverage technology to enhance employee learning and development.
Instructor Led Training
This was created for my very first interview a trainer or instructional designer. The assignment was to create a 10 minute training for what I believed to be the most important skill for a trainer to possess.

I had not attended any kind of courses or had any formal instruction in how to create learning experiences for adult. I just knew that I had some really great transferable skills from my time in education. With that said I did not create a formal storyboard and no script for this training.
I simply had lots of confidence and I knew my topic REALLY well!
Camtasia Video Editing
I wanted to learn more about video editing and play with learning a specific program I had heard about. Why not use a video of my sweet pup that I already had! And who doesn't love an adorable squirrel loving pup!
